The Cabaret dress is adapted from our bestselling Charm Dress and showcases more key 1930s vintage features - this time a satin top to the dress which is decorated with waterfall flounces on the bodice and on the skirt.
Satin bodice has gathers into shoulder yokes with a wide neckline. It is also gathered under the bust and the skirt and waist panel are produced in a gorgeous mid weight crepe fabric - with a touch of stretch for fit.
The most iconic 1930s feature on this dress would be the satin waterfall flounces that we've added. The 1930s was definitely the era of detail and garments were often embellished. These are extra special because we've backed the black satin with ivory - a style feature often seen on mid 1930s garments where contrasts are used to enhance.
